Units eligible to be listed on NJHRC are at or below 140% of the Fair Market Rent as defined by HUD for the county where the unit is located.
To see if your unit is at or below 140% of Fair Market Rent:
- Return to the homepage www.njhousing.gov
- Select “List Housing”
- Pick the city where your unit is located
- Refer to the “Listing Limits” table in the center of the page
- Match up the bedroom column with the 140% of FMR row. That number is the maximum rent amount that can be charged and still be eligible to be listed on the NJHRC.
